In this paper, we study the effect of detuning parameters and driven external classical field on a quantum system consisting ?-configuration four-level atom inside quantized cavity field. Under some canonical conditional dressed states, exact solution Schrödinger equation is obtained. The occupation atomic levels statistical population inversion studied.
